NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 16, 2024, and an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated February 14, 2025, issued in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in Case No. 2023-CA-002263, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR RMTP TRUST, SERIES 2021 BKM-TT-V is the Plaintiff, and LUCRECIA ALTAGRACIA CRUZ ACEVEDO, UNKNOWN HEIRS, SPOUSES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JORGE PEGUERO, ALYSSA PEGUERO, STEPHANIE PEGUERO SWEENEY, MARCOS PEGUERO and SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, VICTOR D. CRIST, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on March 28, 2025, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
