SHELL POINT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
The Workshop of the Board of Supervisors of the Shell Point Community Development District is scheduled to be held on the following dates at 6:00 p.m. located at The Shell Point Clubhouse located at 1155 7th Ave NW Ruskin, FL.

This workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for the meetings may be obtained from Inframark Districts, 2005 Pan Am Circle, Suite 300, Tampa, FL 33607, Telephone: (813) 873-7300.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.
