Final Judgment was awarded on February 17, 2025 in Civil Case No. 24-CA-004586, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-KS2 is the Plaintiff, and BENYAM DERAR A/K/A BINYAM GEBRESLASSIE; LISA J. VINSON A/K/A LISA VINSON; SUNTRUST BANK; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT,; DBI INVESTMENTS, LLC D/B/A PAUL DAVIS RESTORATION, EAST TAMPA; VALRICO HEIGHTS ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
