NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2025, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-011643 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-QS7, is Plaintiff and Cristina M. Garcia A/K/A Cristina Garcia A/K/A Christina M. Garcia A/K/A Cristina Garcia Medrano; Emilio Madera; Brim5 Inc.; Trapnell Ridge Community Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., As Nominee For First Savings Mortgage Corporation, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 16th day of April, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
