NOTICE OF APPLICATION
The Department announces receipt of an environmental resource permit
application (File No. MMR_134874-015) from Florida Rock Industries, to construct haul road for access to the property in Lee County. The proposed project includes approximately 0.15-acres of wetland impacts. The site is located to the east of Alico road,
approximately 3 miles. Sections 2 and 3, Township 46 South, Range 26 East. The Project is within the watershed of the Manatee River, Class III waters. Lee County.
