NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, using the method of electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on March 13, 2025, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Parcel 1
The South one-half (S ½) of the North one-half (N 1/2) of the Southwest one-quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 10, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lee County, Florida. LESS AND EXCEPT the parcel described in Official Records Book 2250, Page 3264, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, as follows:
A lot or parcel of land lying in the South one-half (S 1/2) of the Northwest one-quarter (NW 1/4) of the Southwest one-quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 10, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lee County, Florida which lot or parcel is described as follows:
From the 3/4” steel pipe marking the southeast corner of said fractions of a section run N 02°10'09” W along the east line of said fraction for 30 feet to a point on the north line of a roadway 30 feet wide and the Point of Beginning. From said Point of Beginning run S 88°51'23” W along the north line of said roadway 30 feet north of and parallel with the south line of said fraction of a section for 210 feet; thence run N 02°10'09” W parallel with the east line of said fraction for 215 feet; thence run N 88°51'23” E parallel with the south line of said fraction for 210 feet to a point on the east line of said fraction of a section; thence run S 02°10'09” E along said east line for 215 feet to the Point of Beginning; TOGETHER WITH the hereinabove described 30 foot roadway and prolongation thereof westerly to an easterly line of Jamerson Road.
ALSO LESS AND EXCEPT the parcel described in Official Records Instrument Number 2021000160588, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, as follows:
South one-half (S 1/2) of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southwest one-quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 10, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lee County, Florida.

The North thirty 30 feet of the North one-half (N 1/2) of the Southwest one-quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southwest one-quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 10, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lee County, Florida
Parcel 3
The West thirty (30) feet of the North one-half (N 1/2) of the Southwest one-quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southwest one-quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 10, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lee County, Florida. LESS AND EXCEPT the North and South 30 feet thereof.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
