TO: The Unknown Personal Representative of the Estate of Pauline Carrico, Deceased, The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Beneficiaries, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and All Other Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against Pauline Carrico, Deceased, and Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendants who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said
unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, successors, beneficiaries, or other claimants.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following described property in Lee County, Florida:
CONDO UNIT NO. 107, GOLFSIDE VILLAGE, a Condominium all as set out in Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 1947, Page 698, and as amended thereto, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all appurtenances of said condominium, including, but not limited to an undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses and answer to the complaint on the Plaintiff's attorney, KEITH H. HAGMAN, ESQ., The Pavese Law Firm, P.O. Box 1507, Fort Myers, FL 33902 and file the original in the offices of the Clerk of the Circuit Court within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the Notice, otherwise, the allegations of the complaint will be taken as confessed.
This notice shall be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in Lee County, Florida.
