This action was instituted in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, Pinellas County, Florida, and is styled Debra Strange and Debra Strange as Representative of the Estate of Pamela Sue Brobeil, Deceased vs. The Estate of Robert J. Brobeil, Deceased, and Cheyenne Eiler Ballard.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, Michele Diglio-Benkiran, Esquire, whose address is C/O Legal Counsel, P.A., 13330 West Colonial Drive, Unit 110, Winter Garden, Florida 34787, on or before 30 days from the first publication date and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
