NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE REPEAL AND
ADOPTION OF POLICIES (RULES AND REGULATIONS) BY THE SCHOOL BOARD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Pursuant to Chapter 120, Florida Statutes, a repeal of policy (rule) is being proposed regarding Policy 5113 - School of Choice Options Provided by the No Child Left Behind Act, 6100 - Uniform Records and Accounts, 7230 - Gifts to the School District, 7300 - Property Custodianship and Insurance, 7320 - Acquisition and Removal of Tangible Property, 7320.01 - Disposal, Sale, or Exchange of Tangible Property, 7450 - Inventories and Property Records, 7455 - Accounting System for Fixed Assets, 7530 - Lending of District-Owned Equipment. No economic impact is expected.

Pursuant to Chapter 120, Florida Statutes, an adoption of policy (rule) is being proposed regarding Policy 7300 - Accountability and Responsibility for School Board Property. No economic impact is expected.

A public hearing will be held on March 25, 2025, during a meeting of the School Board in the Conference Hall at the School Board of Pinellas County, 301 4th Street SW, Largo, Florida.

The proposal is available for review and copying at the office of Strategic Planning and Policy, School Board of Pinellas County, 301 4th Street SW, Largo, Florida.
