NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, on the 7th day of October A.D., 2024, in the cause wherein, JOSE J. VILLACIS, an individual, and DAINELLYS VILLACIS, an individual, was plaintiff(s) and BNC GROUP, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, LEO CORRIGAN, an individual, RANCE BRADSHAW, an individual, and MAINSTREAM DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORY, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, was defendant(s), being Case No. 22-CA-001799-WS, Consolidated Case No: 22-CA-001838-WS, in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Leo Corrigan, also known as Leo John Corrigan IV, and subject to a judgment lien, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
