NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2022, and entered in 18-006402-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and EDDIE M. MLOTKOWSKI; TRUDY SMITH MLOTKOWSKI; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 13, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
