ABANDONED PROPERTY
PURSUANT TO SECTION 715.109, FLORIDA STATUTES
Notice is hereby given that, on March 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at 1425 Ritter Rd., Lot 20, Southwinds Mobile Home Park, Inc., pursuant to Section 715.109, Florida Statutes, shall sell at public sale by competitive bidding the following property abandoned by Robin Ann Martel, to wit: A certain 1984 JEFR doublewide mobile home, bearing VIN # 12610376T. The name of the former tenant is Robin Ann Martel.
All sales are as-is, where-is, with all faults, for cash, and subject to any and all ownership rights, liens, and security interests which have priority under law. The landlord, pursuant to statute, reserves the right to bid on the subject property in an attempt to recover unpaid storage costs and costs of advertising and sale.
