Notice is given that under a Final Summary Judgment dated February 3, 2025, and in Case No. 2024CC003045 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which TAYLOR HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., the Plaintiff and FREDERICK FLOYD BULLARD JR. & UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FREDERICK FLOYD BULLARD, JR. N/K/A ASHLEY BULLARD the Defendant(s), the Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00am on May 6, 2025, the following described property set forth in the Final Summary Judgment:
Lot 58, Taylor Hills, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 179, Pages 41 through 43 of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
