Notice of sale pursuing to chapter 45 is hereby given that, pursuant to the FINAL JUDGMENT OF FINAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE AND THE REESTABLISHMENT OF THE NOTE dated January 31, 2025 issued in and for Polk County in case number in CASE NO.: 2024-CA-000903 wherein Michael Pizzelanti is a Plaintiff and Leroy Goodman, Leroy Goodman, Jr. UNKNOWN TENANT #1; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; and ALL PARTIES HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE COMPLAINT are the Defendants
