Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 20, 2024 and order rescheduling sale entered February 20, 2025, in case number 53-2024CA-003751-0000-00 in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein SOUTHSTATE BANK, N.A., a national banking association, as Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF MICHAEL HAPPLE, SR., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL HAPPLE, SR., UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, OR TRUSTEES OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL HAPPLE, SR. DECEASED, RICHARD HAPPLE, surviving heir of MICHAEL HAPPLE, SR., CITRUS WOODS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, UNKNOWN TENANT 1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT 2, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 8th day of April, 2025, the following described real and personal property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
