Unit # 2514 17 SLW, BRADENTON TROPICAL PALMS, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1539, Pages 729-785, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Has been filed against you, and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it NIURKA F. ASMER, ESQUIRE, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is APPLETON REISS, PLLC, 215 N. Howard Avenue, Suite 200, Tampa, FL 33606, on or before, a date within 30 days after the first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
