NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, on the 10th day of February, 2025, in the cause wherein Oaks Club Corporation, Plaintiff, and Michal Zivcak, Defendant, being Case No. 2024CC007030NC, in said Court, I, Kurt A. Hoffman, as Sheriff of Sarasota County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the Defendant, in and to the following described real property, to-wit:
Lot 66, Oaks 1 Single Family, Plat of Oaks, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page(s) 48 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

All bidders must have Drivers License with them and must register at location of sale prior to start time of sale.
I shall offer this property for sale at 2071 Ringling Blvd. Sarasota, Florida 34237, County of Sarasota, FL, on April 1, 2025, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said defendant's right, title, and interest in the aforesaid real property, at public auction and will sell the same, subject to taxes, all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND. The proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above described execution.
