Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Judicial Foreclosure Sale filed on the 17th day of February 2025 and entered in case numbered 23-CA-7396 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein RESTORATION ONE OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA, INC., is the Plaintiff and SAMMY F. PIERRE is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.real foreclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on April 17, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Judicial Foreclosure Sale , to-wit:
Lot 12, Block 82, Plat of Unit 9, Lehigh Acres, a Subdivision of Section 24, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 104, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
