“LOT 12, BLOCK 47, UNIT 5, SECTION 2, LEHIGH ACRES, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT
BOOK 15, PAGE 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.”
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on the Plaintiff's attorney, Maria Bryant, Esq., The Haba Law Firm, 12420 Pebble Stone Court, Fort Myers 33913 on or before April 2, 2025, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
