NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 11, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2024-CA-000827 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Albert J. Johnson, Jr. aka Albert Juatsus Johnson, Jr., deceased, Jane Johnson, Anna Grace Johnson-Enriquez, Janeth Johnson, Arlene Estavillo, Gloria Estavillo, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Nenita Pascual, deceased, Rudy Acosta, Bebeth Suarez, Maria Pascual, Dolores Acosta, Joel Acosta, Judy J. Sorrell, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 20th day of March, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
