Lot 27, CALOOSA LAKES, PHASE 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Instrument Number 200600038513, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
and more commonly known as 10404 Canal Brook Lane, Lehigh Acres, FL 33936 (hereinafter “Property”).
will be sold to the highest bidder for cash at public sale by the Lee County Clerk of Court, electronically online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on April 17, 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
