UNIT NO. 101 OF THE SHORES OF FORT MYERS BEACH CONDOMINIUM A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1584 PAGE 2283 AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1667 AT PAGE 3372 THROUGH 3415, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
