NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and for Assignment of Leases and Rents dated December 17, 2024, issued in and for Polk County, Florida, in Case No. 2023-CA-006683, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST VIII-B is the Plaintiff, and BASSEDENA CIRCLE HOLDINGS LLC, THE DULY APPOINTED TRUSTEE OF THE LAKELAND TWO TRUST, UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF LAKELAND TWO TRUST, THE DULY APPOINTED TRUSTEE OF THE POLK CUSIP 22 TRUST, UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF POLK CUSIP 22 TRUST, RUSSIAN-AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AKA REAL ESTATE AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY, OLEG S. PROKOPEV and CITY OF LAKELAND, A FLORIDA MUNICIPAL CORPORATION are the Defendants.
