NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6, 2022, and Amended Final Judgment dated August 18, 2022 and entered in 2018 11699 CIDL of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is the Plaintiff and ALTHEA WHITTAKER; ALTHEA WHITTAKER, AS TRUSTEE OF THE OLIVE ADINA KING REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED THE 28TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2016.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALTHEA WHITTAKER N/K/A WAYNE WHITTAKER are the Defendant(s). Laura E. Roth as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.volusia.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 23, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
