NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2024 and entered in Case No. 24-CA-001199 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida where City of New Port Richey, is the Plaintiff and DHM&M Holdings LLC, A Florida Limited Liability Company is/are the Defendant(s). Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on February 6, 2025 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
