Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No. 20-CC-068931 the Clerk of the Court, Hillsborough County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
UNIT 3 OF RUSTIC CONDOMINIUM (PHASE 1), ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4034, PAGE 574 AND AMENDMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4051, PAGE 1357 AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3426 Townhouse Court, Unit 3, Tampa, Florida 33614 (“Property”)
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on February 7, 2025. The sale
shall be conducted online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
