NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 06, 2024, and entered in 24001225CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein MSR ASSET VEHICLE LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF PAUL L. BREAULT SR A/K/A PAUL L. BREAULT, DECEASED; PAUL L. BREAULT, JR. are the Defendant(s). ROGER D. EATON as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 22, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
