NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the order of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated December 12, 2024, and entered in 24-CA-002099 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, wherein 27TH STREET LAND TRUST #4004, DATED SEPTEMBER 28, 2023 A/K/A 27TH STREET LAND TUST#4004, DATED SEPTEMBER 28, 2023, and SHERRY ISLEY are the Defendants. The office of Cindy Stuart, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash via electronic sale at the following website: https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com/ at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of January 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure to wit:
