NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2024, and entered in Case No. 20-CC-1614 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein MYERLEE PARK WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and Franziska M. Larrimore and Unknown Tenant One n/k/a David Larrimore are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 9:00 AM, on the 20th day of March, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Apartment 4-F, of Myerlee Park West Condominium, formerly known as Myerlee Park - Block One, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium dated May 24, 1976 and recorded in Official Record Book 1142, Pages 1847-1885, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
A/K/A: 6919 Edgewater Circle, Unit F, Fort Myers, FL 33919
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
