We would like to invite you to virtually attend a neighborhood workshop to discuss the development of a Self Storage Facility to be located at 2114 Border Road, Venice, east of I-75 and west of Jacaranda Blvd. Mr. John Cavoli, P.E. will be hosting the meeting to discuss the development plans for the subject property. The purpose of the meeting is to inform neighboring residences about the proposed development plan and to seek comments. The subject site has been rezoned 'Commercial'.
The intent of this meeting is to present how the buildings, landscaping, parking and other infrastructure will be modeled to accommodate the neighboring area. Participants can join the meeting via Zoom at the following link:
