Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 30, 2024, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT 102, BUILDING 782, OF VILLAGE LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4829, PAGE(S) 464, AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 782 VILLAGE LAKE TERR N 102, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33716; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on February 12, 2025 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
