Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:

From said point of beginning run N 88 degrees 48'24” E for 31.00 feet, thence run S 1 degree 11'36” E for 36.33 feet; thence run S 88 degrees 48'24” W for 31.00 feet; thence run N 1 degree 11'36” W for 36.33 feet to the point of beginning.
