NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on December 27, 2024 and entered in Case No. 23-CA-001805 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein LOANDEPOT.COM, LLC is the Plaintiff and TERRY M. KELLEY, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Kevin Karnes, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://lee.realforeclose.com, on: April 3, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 86, CYPRESS CAY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGES 5 THROUGH 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 13404 HAMPTON PARK CT, FORT MYERS, FL 33913 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
