NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on December 10, 2024 and entered in Case No. 2024CA001326CAAXWS in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF BKPL-EG BASKET TRUS is the Plaintiff and DILLARD YOUNG CALDWELL, JR., MARIBETH ANDERSON CALDWELL AND CONNER JAMES CALDWELL, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Nikki Alvarez- Sowles, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on January 14, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 296, HOLIDAY LAKES WEST UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 64 AND 65, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2726 BLOSSOM LAKE DRIVE, HOLIDAY, FL 34691 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
