NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 21, 2024 in Civil Case No. 2023CA003138 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and Melissa Aoun, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of February, 2025 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK E, CONCORD STATION PHASE 1 - UNITS "A" AND "B", ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
