NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on December 19, 2024, and entered in Case No. 24-CA-004207 in the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein GITSIT SOLUTIONS, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, LEGATEES, DEVISEES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, CREDITORS AND ANY OTHER PERSON CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ALFRED G. SCHOONMAKER, DECEASED, ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, LEGATEES, DEVISEES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, CREDITORS AND ANY OTHER PERSON CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST LUCILLE F. SCHOONMAKER AND DECEASED, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on February 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13 IN BLOCK “B” OF MILWOOD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2917 W CLIFTON ST, TAMPA, FL 33614 (the “Property”). ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
