NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 19th day of December 2024, in Case No. 20-CA-002571, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-12, is the Plaintiff and MARIA E. MARMOLEJOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA E. MARMOLEJOS; LOGAN GATE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; PLANNING & GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT BUILDING SERVICES DIVISION; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 5th day of February 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
