Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 21, 2024 in the above-styled Case Number 2024 CA 004265 NC in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 58, WILKINSON WOODS, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1369, Page 835-895, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium book 14, Page 19, 19A & 19B, and amendments thereto of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property address of: 3407 Wilkinson Woods Drive, #58, Sarasota, FL 34231 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on FEBRUARY 17, 2025. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
