PARCEL 1:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, BERRY AND SMALL'S SUBDIVISION, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 53, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
LESS right-of-way for 2nd Street conveyed to City of Sarasota by deeds recorded in Deed Book 239, Page 300, Deed Book 351, Page 323, and Official Records Book 1745, Page 281, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH that part of said Lot 8 as described in Deed recorded in Official Records Book 1745, Page 282, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
PARCEL II:
Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, Subdivision of South 1/2 of Lot 13, Block I, and Resubdivision of Lots 4, 6 and 8 of North 1/2, Lot 13, Block I, Plat of Sarasota, known as C.M. CALVERLEY'S SUBDIVISION, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 53, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
LESS, beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 9, run South along the West line of said Lot 9, a distance of 27.0 feet; thence run North 79°15' East, 53.63 feet to point on the East line of said Lot 9, which point is 17 feet from the North line of said lot as measured along its East boundary; thence run East across Lots 11 and 13 of said Subdivision, a distance of 100 feet to a point on the East line of said Lot 13; thence run North along the East line of said Lot 13, a distance of 17 feet to the Northeast corner thereof; thence run West along the North line of said Lots 13, 11, 9 a distance of 152.7 feet to the Point of Beginning;
AND LESS, right-of-way for 2nd Street conveyed to City of Sarasota by Deeds recorded in Deed Book 352, Page 563, and Official Records Book 1745, Page 281, of said records.
