YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclosure a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 2423 of Coachman Creek, a Condominium according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 36, Pages 88 through 105, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 4913, Page(s) 1436, and of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you in Pinellas County Court, COACHMAN CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. v. BEN LOPER and JEFFERY M. LOPER, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
