Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an action for non judicial foreclosure of the Timeshare Units and Weeks listed in the Claim of Lien filed and recorded in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida on September 12, 2024 at O.R. Book 22920, Pages 1055-1057 for CAMARON COVE RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non profit corporation, will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 24, 2025 at the law office of DEEB LAW GROUP, P.A., 6677 13th Avenue North, Suite 3A, St. Petersburg, FL 33710. See Attachment “A” for unit and week numbers.
The following described real property is located in PINELLAS COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA to wit:
