Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the uniform default final judgment of foreclosure entered August 20, 2024 and order rescheduling sale entered January 9, 2025, in case number 2024CA000906CAAXWS in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein SOUTHSTATE BANK, N.A., a national banking association, f/k/a SOUTH STATE BANK, N.A., as Plaintiff, and LAUREL ANN MARIE CHAVEZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAUREL ANN MARIE CHAVEZ, UNKNOWN TENANT 1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT 2, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 27th day of February, 2025, the following described real and personal property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
Lot 16, ODESSA GARDENS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 30, together with an undivided 1/43rd interest in and to Lot 43, in said ODESSA GARDENS, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Together with a 2000 double-wide mobile home,
