NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 02, 2024, and entered in 2024CA000572CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ETHEL MILLINGTON, DECEASED; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; ETHEL CHUBRE; KENNETH MILLINGTON are the Defendant(s).
