NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2023CA003644AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust National Association, Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Owner Trustee for RCAF Acquisition Trust, Plaintiff and Victor G. Levine are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on May 8, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, OF CEDAR WOODLANDS, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE(S) 166-167, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
