NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 2, 2025, issued in and for Manatee County, Florida, in Case No. 2024-CA-000620, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LB-CABANA SERIES IV TRUST is the Plaintiff, and JANET LEE DAVIS A/K/A JANET DAVIS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANET LEE DAVIS A/K/A JANET L. DAVIS, ROY LEE DAVIS A/K/A ROY L. DAVIS A/K/A ROY DAVIS, STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, ANGELINA COLONNESO, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on February 17, 2025, at electronic sale beginning at 11:00 AM, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
