On the petition of James Pupek for administration of the Florida estate of George E. Pupek, deceased, the court fnding that the domiciliary personal representative has been served proper notice of the petition or has waived notice thereof, and it appearing to the court from the petition and from the authenticated transcript of the domiciliary proceedings filed herein that the authenticated copy of the probated will (and codicils, if any) of the decedent complies with Florida law and is entitled to probate in this state, that James Pupek is entitled and qualified to be personal representataive of the Florida estate of the decedent by reason of he was named as personal representative in decedent's will and is the son of the decedent, it is
ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the will and codicils, if any, of the decedent is admitted to probate according to law as the will of the decedent, and it is further
ADJUDGED that James Pupek is appointed personal representative of the Florida estate of the decedent, and that upon taking the prescribed oath, filing designation and acceptance of resident agent, and filing bond in the sum of $0.00, ancillary letters of administration shall be issued.
