YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage to the following real property located in Collier County, Florida:
The West 150 feet of Tract 33, Golden Gate Estates, Unit No. 83, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 22, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Christopher J. Horlacher, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2639 Fruitville Rd., Ste. 203, Sarasota, FL 34237, on or before 30 days from first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
