NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Levy County, Florida, and Fla. Stat. 45.031, Danny J. Shipp, as Clerk of this Court, will sell the real estate located in Levy County Florida, described as:
The West 1/2 of Lots 5 and 6, Block 4, WEST LAND, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page(s) 72, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
The property which is the subject of foreclosure shall be sold to the highest bidder for cash at public sale on March 13, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
