NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Stipulated Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2024, and entered in Case No.: 22-CA-010459 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein SOLE HOLDINGS, LLC is the Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER KYLE LEWIS; ONEMAN FINANCIAL GROUP, LLC; THE CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are Defendants, the clerk shall sell by electronic sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. EST on the 3rd day of March, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Stipulated Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 10, Block 37, PALMA CEIA PARK, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 58, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida Property Address: 3511 W. Barcelona St., Tampa, FL 33629
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from this sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
