Notice of Workshop of the Board of Supervisors of the K-Bar Ranch Community Development District
The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the K-Bar Ranch Community Development District (“District”) will hold a workshop on Monday, January 27, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the K-Bar Ranch II Amenity Center, 10820 Mistflower Lane, Tampa, FL 33647.
The workshop is being held to discuss potential amenity enhancements for the District. No decisions will be made at the workshop. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The workshop may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the workshop. A copy of the agenda will be available 7 days in advance of the meeting on the District's website at: https://www.kbarranchcdd.com/ or by contacting the District Manager via email at [email protected].

Any person who decides to appeal any action or decision taken by the Board with respect to any matter considered at its meetings is advised that they will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
